2019 Update

The Joy& Care-Giving Foundation is, once again, happy to share with you an annual update of it's major project, the St Anthony Development & Learning Center. Since it's inception years ago the St. Anthony Development & Learning Center has continued to thrive in carrying on it's mission to provide quality preschool education for children in one of the underprivledged communities in Bulacan, Philippines.

With a curriculum that is focused on harnessing a child's imagination and creativity, the Center prides itself with it's progress in guiding it's pupils to be God-centered as well as helping them develop skills in creative and critical thinking. The Center's monthly "think-tank" activities are added benefits to the children's academic program. In addition, the center has established a Parent Empowerment Program that offers parents seminars and worshops on how to enhance their livelihood, literacy, as well as gain knowledge on environmental protection.

Graduates of the center have been known to excel in basic skills which are reading, writing, and mathematics. Amongst the biggest strengths of the Center is the dedecation and commitment of it's teachers. As a result, the student's are highly motivated to learn and participate in the Center's educational programs.

The Center's technology module geared for it's 2007 kindergarten graduates is currently on hold, as construction of it's technical school is pending for lack of funding. The Foundation, however, is currently trying it's bst to raise funds to ensure that the Center's kindergarten graduates of 2007 be given access to free education in technology.
